Progress Report for March 15
Registration will be conducted through EventBrite. There will be a limited number of early bird tickets, then standard ticket prices will apply. Registration isn’t open yet because we are still waiting to hear back from a particular venue. The venue we select drastically impacts the overall event price, and consequently the ticket price, so we’re in a holding pattern. Unless a benevolent sponsor swoops in to cover those expenses, we don’t want to set a ticket price until I have a venue nailed down.
Speaking of sponsors, we’ve reached out to a couple this past week and hope to have good news to share soon.
